Join a Committee

Wexford Habitat for Humanity has grown tremendously over the past 2 years. Without the dedicated Board of Directors and Committee members who volunteer all of their time, we could not exist and continue the work we are doing, not to mention all of the growth and expansion we will experience over the next two years. Joining a committee is a great way to utilize your experience, skills and human resource to help Wexford Habitat and this community. There are many opportunities within each of these committees. Contact the volunteer coordinator at volunteer@wexfordhabitat.org for more information.

Make a Donation

  • Send check to:

    Wexford Habitat for Humanity
    7545 E. 34 Road
    Cadillac, MI 49601

  • Gifts In-Kind:

All services and materials that are donated to Wexford Habitat are In-Kind donations. The value of these donations are added to the value of a Habitat House and are included in the Partner Family's mortgage rate. Habitat mortgages are cycled directly back into Wexford Habitat and help build more houses in this community.

  • Gifts In-Kind include, but are not limited to:

    • Professional labor (discounted sub-contractors, professional volunteers, cost of printing newsletters/brochures, etc.)
    • Building materials (windows, doors, wood, cement, paint, food donated for volunteer's lunch, etc.)
    • Home appliances/supplies (washer, dryer, light fixtures, etc.)
    • Office supplies (paper, Xerox machines, staplers, phone system, etc.)

Join our Carpenter's Club:

The Carpenter's Club is designed for the average person or family who wants to make a commitment to contributing to Wexford Habitat. Instead of making a large, lump-sum donation, members of the Carpenter's Club donate a minimum of $40 each month and treat it as a monthly expense.

Contact Deb Maxey, Wexford Habitat Executive Director, at director@wexfordhabitat.org or 231-775-7561 if you are interested in joining our Carpenter's Club and making a committed contribution to fit your budget!
